What type of car seat do you use? Do you have rear-facing infant seats and forward-facing seats?

Yes. You can bring your own infant/child car seat. We cannot store the infant/child seat if you need it for your return trip and do not want to take it with you on vacation. You must take it with you. Some people, for example, like to take their infant seat on vacation if it can be attached to their travel system.

Do you provide seats for older children?

Yes. If you need one or two booster seats, please mention this option on your reservation form.

What sets you apart from a taxi or private hire car service?

We provide and adjust car seats for children and babies to give you peace of mind, knowing that your child will have extra safety during your journey.

Do you charge extra for the use of car seats?

You will not be charged any extra for the use of up to two baby seats and two child seats during your transfer, whether they are forward-facing or rear-facing.

How much luggage can I take with me?

We adapt the vehicles to your requirements. As a result, there is enough space for one suitcase per person and strollers for children.

Can I book a Babycab in other destinations?

We will soon be adding certain destinations in France and major European cities to our online booking service.

 

Do you only make transfers for families?

We provide transfers for everyone. We adapt the vehicles to your requirements, so there is plenty of space for your luggage, even if this includes equipment such as golf bags or skis. Contact us by email or WhatsApp for more details and to get a quote.

How do I make a reservation?

Please follow the instructions on our “Contact/Rates” webpage. You will need to enter the following information: pick-up address, destination, flight details, number of adults and children, and child car seats required. How can I pay for my reservation?

Payment is made directly to the driver in cash. We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, and Mastercard with a secure link. Simply let us know and send us your email address so we can generate a secure link. You can either pay the full amount or make a deposit.

How do you confirm my reservation?

 

Once you have booked a Babycab, you will receive an automatic confirmation email, including a booking reference. The day before each trip, before 9:00 p.m. local time, we will send you the driver's contact details via WhatsApp or email.

Do you reconfirm my reservation before departure?

Once you have a reservation reference from us, there is no need to reconfirm the reservation before departure.

Do I need to take my confirmation with me?

Please print your booking confirmation with its unique reference number. You will need to show this to your driver before boarding the vehicle. You can show your driver the confirmation email on your mobile phone.

Where is the pick-up and drop-off location?

Please enter the date and time, pick-up location, and your destination address accurately when booking. Our drivers will provide door-to-door service. Please note, however, that in some circumstances this may not be possible if access is restricted. If restrictions apply, you will be picked up and dropped off at the nearest accessible point.

How long will the trip take?

Travel times may vary depending on various factors, such as road works, local road closures, detours, traffic, and protests. Travel times may be longer than those indicated.

What should I do if I need to change my reservation times/dates?

You can change your reservation by contacting us by email, phone, or text message at 0033608577583 at least 24 hours before departure.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes. There will be no cancellation fee if we are notified of the cancellation 48 hours before the first departure, and you will receive a full refund. All cancellations received with 48 hours' notice or less will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

What if I lose something in your vehicle?

Please contact us to check if your lost item has been found and is being held at our office. We cannot be held responsible for items left in our vehicles. Make sure you have vacation insurance.

What insurance coverage do you have?

We have professional liability insurance. However, we recommend that you obtain travel insurance for your trip if you are going abroad.
