How do you confirm my reservation?
Once you have booked a babycab, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email, including a booking reference

Do you take extra for the use of car seats?
You will not be charged in any extra charge for the use of up to two baby seats and 2 child seats when you transfer, whether facing the road or back to the road

How much luggage can I take with me?
We adapt the vehicles according to your request. Therefore, there is enough space for a suitcase per person and strollers for the children.

Re-confirm my reservation before departure?
Once you have a booking reference from us, it is not necessary to confirm the booking again before departure.

Do you make transfers for families?

How to make a reservation?
Please follow the instructions on our "Contact / Rates" webpage. You will need to enter the following information: take-over address, destination, flight details, number of adults and children, and child car seats required. How do I pay for my reservation?
Payment is directly with the driver in cash or check. We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro and Mastercard with a secure link via the online simulator baby-cabs.com you have the option to either pay the full amount or make a deposit

Should I take my confirmation with me?
Please print your booking confirmation with its unique reference number. You will need to show this to your driver before boarding the vehicle. You can show your driver the confirmation email on your mobile phone

Where is the take-over and removal?
Please enter date and time, place of recovery and your destination address with precision when booking. Our drivers will make you door to door service. Please note, however, that in some circumstances this may not be possible if access is restricted. If restrictions apply, you will be picked up and dropped off from the nearest accessible point

Travel time?
Travel times may vary depending on a variety of factors, such as road works, local road closures, diversions and traffic, demonstrations. Travel times may be longer than indicated times

What should I do if I need to change my booking schedules / dates?
You can modify your reservation by contacting us by email or phone or sms 0608577583 at least 24 hours before departure

May I cancel my reservation?
Yes. There will be no cancellation fee if a cancellation is communicated to us 48 hours before the first departure and you will receive a full refund. All cancellations received with 48 hours notice or less will result in a 100% cancellation fee.

What if I lose something in your vehicle?
Please contact us to check if your lost property was found and held in our office. We can not be held liable for property left in our vehicles. Make sure you have vacation insurance.

What insurance coverage do you have?
We have professional liability insurance. However, we recommend that you get travel insurance, for your trip if you are traveling abroad
